Liked: If I could pack this hotel into my backpack and take it with me around the world I would. Forget 5 star, if every hotel had this level of friendliness and value for money I would never stay in anything again. My friend and I arrived at midnight from Da Lat, having booked a single room (2 guys, saving money, don't judge), intending on staying just one night. We were told that the single room wasn't ready, but that they would put us in the twin room, with private bathroom, for the same price. The next day the staff told us that we could stay in the twin room as long as we wanted, for the same price. Result! Throughout our 3 days, the staff were unfailingly helpful, polite and friendly, and when we couldn't find a restaurant open one night when it was raining they even made us dinner at 11pm. On our last night the receptionist stopped us on our way to our room and said that the owner (a very friendly lady who spoke no English), had made us a special Vietnamese rice dessert. It was delicious, and of course nothing tastes like free. They booked our bus out free of charge, and gave us so much information during our stay. The breakfast was great value for money, and I'm missing it already. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Disliked: That we couldn't stay longer!

Liked: accessible to bus station

Disliked: on my third night, staff asked to switch rooms. i agreed, only to have the maid move my things into a sub standard room. i was told to be sympathetic because i was getting it cheap. when i was packing at the , i noticed my charger and extra battery were missing. i was told housekeeping didn't turn it in without making any inquiries. it is not going to be inexpensive or convenient to replace them. avoid this place, they shouldn't be listed.
