Cancellation policy: 24h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Location Information

The property is located in a convenient area on the corner of 25th and 3rd Ave in the Gramercy/Murray Hill area. We are within a 10-15 minute walk to Union Square, Empire State Building, Madison Square Park. We are right next to Baruch College, so the school provides a safe, young vibe to the area. The neighborhood is full of cheap shops, bars and cafes along with popular chains.

We are a 5 minute walk from the 6 Train and a 7-10 minute walk from the N, R, Q trains.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
