Liked: Convenient location being very close to the city centre. Possible not the nicest area of the city but we had no probems. Clean and spacious rooms, as you would expect from a 3* hotel. Good wifi connection throughout.

Disliked: Lack of organisation at reception at times.

Liked: Such helpful staff, they went out of their way everyday to help me, I don't speak Portuguese and am new to the area, they made my first nights in Lisbon very comfortable.

Disliked: Not places to dining closer than ten minutes.
