Liked: The higher level rooms (#4 and above) were nice with great views.

Disliked: Do not get the basic room, it is significantly less nice than the regular rooms. The lower level rooms (#1-3) smells mildewy and have no views.

Liked: tidy and friendly, great location to the venice biennial, nice inexpensive bars and shops nearby

Disliked: the 2 flights of stairs at the entry way to reach reception are steep and not easy to manage if you have big bags

Liked: It was a good location to the sights but not the train station. I met some other great people there too!

Disliked: There was not an outlet by my bed! Other than that it was great.

Liked: Very friendly staff.

Disliked: Lockers in the rooms would be a good idea - though the people here during my stay were reliable, staff too and front-door code-secured, so I never felt insecure leaving my really expensive camera there.
