Patagonia B&B Hotel

Liked: Good location, 10 min walk to restaurants with plenty of small shops to pop in en-route. The room was handsomely proportioned, and the double bed was very comfortable - crisp white linens. Shower is lovely and powerful, just the thing you want in order to wake you up for those early morning day-trips and excursions.

Disliked: Whilst there is a good sized communal area this seems under-used, other than for breakfast times - opportunities are few with which to interact with other guests. WIFI in the room was a little weak. Lastly, housekeeping kept leaving my room unlocked after they finished - not open, just unlocked. A quick turn of the doorknob and anyone would have access to my belongings. There is generally a clerk at reception, but if at any point this is unattended anyone could walk in and have unfettered access.

Liked: the building was really nice (if not quite finished) and the staff were friendly.

Disliked: there was a lot of building work going on. The general finishes of the property were poor, for example the tap turned on backwards the railings for the towels were loose and so was the shelf in the bathroom, the shower screen had a large hole at the bottom which allowed water to leak out.
