About Drauradweg Hostel
Drauradweg Hostel is located in the village Berg im Drautal between the cities of Lienz and Spittal an der Drau, on the south side of the Alps. Ideal for the 1st or 2nd stop on the Drau cycle path. The Hostel is a relaxed accommodation for cyclists, hikers and para-gliders.
Cyclists appreciate the short distance of 2 minutes to the Drau Cycle Path.
Canoeists the 300 metres to the boat dock near the bridge of the Drau river and Delta and para-gliders the 500 metres to the landing site.
Well sign-posted hiking trails open up at the hostels front door, the Jakobsweg is in 20 minutes walking distance. Lately, the municipality of Berg was awarded with the Austrian Hiking Quality Seal.
Location Information
The Upper Drau Valley is a popular holiday destination for outdoor enthusiasts and offers sports enthusiasts wonderful natural experiences. You can start your canoe trip with the whole family from the entry point in Nikolsdorf an you can finish it by bike on the Drau Cycle Path.
Between the Emberger Alm in Greifenburg is known as one of the top flying areas in the Alps.
Distance to the train and bus stop 500 metres and to get to the city center, supermarkets and churches only 1,3 kilometres.

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
