this is the place!!! university district hostel

inspired by travelling and staying in hostels in south america i decided to open the hostel in salt lake city.

University district in the heart of salt lake city. located one block from the university traxx line. just a $2.50 ride from the airport to our traxx stop on 900 east 400 south.

close to everything in downtown salt lake city.

Limited Reception Hours; a member of staff is always available via phone or text or email.
No curfew.
We do not accept customers younger than 18 or older than 50 years of age.

Extra Policies for Property:
We are an international hostel, no locals except with management approval:
1. Locals have to talk to us before we process their booking or it will be cancelled,
2. Locals have to have a job, no criminal record, and their own credit card with their name on it.
No 3rd party payments.
The credit card holder must be one of the guests staying at the property. Pay with your own credit card that has our name on it- you cannot use someone else's credit card.
No multiple room bookings for groups. 1 room per booking only. You cannot book rooms for other people.
You need to be able to do your own self-check-in, instructions in English only.
A working email account required - This is necessary so we can e-mail you important check-in information.
Damage to anything in the room or on the property and stealing will result in a $200 room recovery fee.
No refunds after check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 4 days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
