We are near the old Colonial Theatre, McClatchey Park and the Oak Park Farmer's Market and Oak Park's burgeoning new Triangle District, which is basically a slice of hipster heaven. Capitol Floats, Classy Hippie Tea and Underground Books are nearby neighborhood cornerstones.
