Important Information
1. Check-in Time: from 14:00 to 23:00.
(1) Passport is required upon arrival.
(2) In case of late check-in, please inform the hostel ahead of time.
2. Check-out Time: until 11:00.
3. Payment: Full balance payment in cash (THB) only when check in.
4. Cancellation Policy: Up to 7 days advance notice before the arrival date is required.
5. Age Restriction: The minimum age to check in is 18 years.
6. Reception Working Hours: from 08:00 to 23:00.
7. The hostel is non-smoking area.
- Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
8. Pet is not allowed.
9. No food allowed in the rooms.
10. Daily cleaning schedule between 11:00 and 14:00. Housekeeper will knock the door to alert you of the intention to clean the room.
- Please note that during cleaning, air-conditioned have to be turned off around 2 hours.
11. Residence area is allowed only for guests.
- Please have your visitors wait at the lobby area (1st floor).
12. Please keep the noise down after 22:00, especially in the dormitories and shared bathrooms.
13. A clean bath-towel provided per person. The towel is for drying body. It is not meant to be used for a bathmat or cleaning rag.
- If you would like additional towel, you can rent for THB50 each.
14. Luggage storage is available to our guests (free of charge up to 10 days). Please inform front desk to prepare storage for you.
- Pier 49 Hostel will not take responsibility in case of loss and damage goods. Please keep your valuables before depositing with us.

Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
