- Early check in before 07:00 will be charged at 50%.
2. Check-out Time: before 12.00 noon.
- Llate departure between 12:00 till 18:00 will be charged at 50%.
3. Payment: Cash (THB) or credit card (Visa, Master) is welcomed upon arrival.
4. Cancellation Policy:
(1) Up to 3 days advance notice before the arrival date is required.
(2) If canceled later or No Show, the full balance will be charged and no refund will be given.

Cubic Pratunam is a modern propertyl with 44 dorms located in the heart of Bangkok (Commercial and Entertainment district) with famous fashionable shopping malls e.g. Platinum Fashionable shopping mall and high street shopping area named Pratunam. With a couple minutes of walk to the Rachthewi station (BTS Sky Train) where you are able to access around downtown of Bangkok e.g. MBK Mall, Siam Centre, Siam Paragon shopping mall, Silom, and Sukhumvit; less than 400 metres from this property to Pratunam Shopping Acade.

Modern designed dorms located on the 8/Floor, of Cubic Pratunam. Dorms are equipped with necessary amenities and facilities e.g. 3.5 ft. single bed, personal electronic safe box, clothe hangers, lighting, air-condition and personal locker as well as vendor machine to provide hot/cold drinks.
