GROUP BOOKING CONDITIONS
If you book for a group with more than 10 people, special group conditions apply.
Full payment should be done to the hostel at latest one month prior to arrival. Please contact the hostel for Bank details.
GROUP BOOKINGS CANCELLATIONS
A 10 % reduction in the number of guests is accepted up to the third day before arrival.
Cancellations later than 4 weeks before arrival, the booker shall pay 75 % of the total cost of the reservation.
Cancellations later than 2 weeks before arrival, the booker shall pay 100 % of the total cost of the reservation.
If cancelled accommodation has been possible to resell, the above mentioned rules and regulations are not valid.
Should the cancellation result in any unforeseen additional costs, they shall be fully compensated by the booker.
Please send a name list of the participants to the hostel latest 1 week before arriving.

About IYHF Youth Hostel Zinkensdamm
HI Hostel Zinkensdamm is located in the south of Stockholm city. An area called Södermalm which is well known for all its bars, restaurants, theatres, galleries and lively atmosphere.
We have a total of 150 rooms, some with shower and WC inside the room (en-suite) and some of them with shower and WC in the hallway.
We have a fully equipped guest kitchen with FREE pasta, Internet corner, laundry facilities, bike rental, sauna and sun beds.
It is easy to get here; we’re only 4 stops on the underground from the city terminal. For guests with cars we have our own indoor garage.
Please visit our bar; Zinkadus Bar & Café for a drink or a good meal. Or enjoy a relaxing afternoon in our sauna with our relaxation room and sun beds.
All rooms with facilities in the corridor have bunk beds (as well as the double rooms).

Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
