Cancellation Policy:

- If your reservation is refundable, you can cancel it one week before arrival day without charges. In case of cancellation after that time, or no-show, the hotel will charge your credit card the amount corresponding to the first night of stay.
- If your reservation is non-refundable, we will proceed to charge 100% of the stay at the time of booking, the amount is non-refundable for possible cancellations or changes to the reservation.
- Holy Week (from March 28th to April 4th, 2020 inclusive) and April Fair (from April 18th to 25th, 2020 inclusive), we will proceed to collect the total amount of the stay 14 days before the arrival date. You can cancel or modify your reservation without cancellation fees up to 14 days before the arrival date. Cancellations and subsequent modifications will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the stay.'
