Important Information

Cancellation policy: This property has a 2 full day cancellation policy (e.g. if your check in is on Friday, the last day for a free cancellation is on Tuesday). Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay. Cancellations are only accepted by e-mail and must be received by us at least 2 full days before the arrival.

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards. This property may pre-authorize your credit card before arrival.
Taxes not included - occupancy tax 0.75 EUR per person per night

*** Age Limit - We have an age limit of 18 - 39 years old. If you are outside of this age range upon arrival to the hostel, we have the right to cancel your booking without refund of your deposit, as well as charging the applicable cancellation fee. ***

Special Dates with 2 NIGHTS cancellation penalty or in case of no-show:

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR NYE 2019: Bookings including the nights of 27/12/19 till 01/01/20 can be cancelled or modified free of charge at least 7 days before arrival. If cancelled later, charges will be applied by hostel up to full cost of reservation. In case of no show hostel will charge cancellation fee of whole reservation and your reservation will be cancelled.

A different policy applies to confirm bookings over 400€.
To confirm your booking, you will need to provide 30% of the total amount in advance. Payment can be through credit card or we can give you our bank details for direct debit. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received. The deposit is totally refundable if any modification or a cancellation is done at least 2 weeks before the arrival date.

About Hostel One Paralelo

Our building has been expressly designed to be a hostel. Comfy (25 cm thick) mattresses, instant and durable 24hrs hot water, bright rooms with windows, free wi-fi and fast connected computers where you can download your memory cards. Fully equipped kitchen at your disposal and a sunny patio with BBQ to rest and chill out (when we say chill out we actually mean have some beers and eat a some tortilla, if you be allowed to make drinking games or castles of beer, we would call it getting drunk) of this crazy city. Most of sports events from premier league to NFL, and a load of new movies. But what will make the difference is our staff, a mixture of residents and travellers with different backgrounds, willing to help you with the different matters that you could need. A maniacal attention to the soundtrack, improvised Spanish and Italian style dinners and BBQ, crazy and innovative outdoor activities to discover the city under a new point of view.

Please notice our earliest check-in time that is 9:00 in the morning.

Our normal latest check in time is midnight but if you let us know in advance you will be able to check-in later.

Let us know for any special preferences, we will try to do our best to satisfy your expectations.

(Please note if your arrival time is different from reception hours or you are changing your arrival time, e-mail or call us directly to confirm your check-in. Check your reservation and your arrival time as we need to be aware of any change or check-in/out with reception hours. Note that the booking system uses the 24-hour clock).

Accommodation Information

We can offer to you several solutions. Two, four and sixed mixed dorm. All our dorms are specially designed for backpackers and all our beds are equipped with geek bedlights.

We accept cancellations and modification, but they must be made 48 hours in advance of your check-in/arrival time, if you will not send us a cancellation email, we will charge you the first night of your reservation.

Location Information

Very central located, 250mts from metro parallel and 950 mts from the well known "ramblas".
Well connected to the main metro lines (2 and 3) and direct buses to Barcelona beaches.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
