About Alternative Creative Youth Hostel

Our helpful and knowledgeable staff provide lots of information and recommendations. We will let you know where to find great places for live music, where to eat real Spanish food and much much more. Join our organised trips to visit the nicest places of Barcelona!

Please also note that we are a fun, but not a party hostel. It is our pleasure to provide accommodation to people who come for a culture and leisure visit. Party animals might not feel comfortable here though. We respect you and we expect you to respect your roommates, the staff and yourself! Let us keep the atmosphere vibrant together!

Important note for minors: We only accept guests under the age of 18 if accompanied by an adult or with parental/carers authorization.

Cancellation policy:
Free cancellation is possible at least 48 hours before the date of arrival.
If you do not show up for your reservation and do not contact us or cancel within 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, the first two nights of the accommodation cost will be charged.

For the safety of other travellers we can not accept any traveler with bed bugs bites. Please consider this before proceeding with your booking. We reserve the right to refuse admission.

City Tax: There is a 0.75 euro city tax per person per night, which is not included in the price.

Late arrival time:
If your arrival time is after 11 PM, please let us know by writing in the comment box that you will see during the booking process. We have 24 hour reception.

IMPORTANT: If you do not arrive at the indicated time, and do not inform us about a later arrival, your bed may be given to someone else.

Walk-ins are possible, but we cannot ensure available beds.

Location Information

Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city, 100 meters from Plaça de Catalunya, 300 meters from La Rambla and within walking distance to many important locations. 7 minutes to Casa Batllo 15 minutes to Casa Mila, 30 minutes to Sagrada Familia, 10 minutes to Barri Gotic,17 minutes to the port and 35 minutes to the beach.
You can find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, clubs, a post office, public transportation, pharmacies, all you need, in less than 5 minutes walking from the hostel.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
