Important Information

The policy would be that in case of reservations for new years ther would be a 7 day cancelation policy. If they cancel before this 7 days there wont be a charge on the credit card, in the they cancel within this time, there will be a charge for the 1st nights stay.


Please, contact us by email, text message or telephone before your check-in day to inform about your arrival time and name of the airport.

We also need your mobile number to contact you in case there is any delay on your arrival so that we can contact you sending a free text message.

The earliest you can check in is 14:30 and the latest you can check in is at 2.00 am. You can come to our office from 10 am to leave your bags.There is an extra fee of 20 euros for late night arrivals after 23.00 to the apartment.

Cancellation must be done 72 hours prior to your arrival.

We accept credit cards with an additional charge of 2% commission for Visa or Mastercard and 5% if you want to pay with Amex.

Cleaning upon departure is not included and has an extra 30 EUR charge.

A set of 2 towes are provided upon arrival for each person. We can provide an extra set of two towels during your stay with a charge of 20 EUR. Laundry service is also available at the rate of 20 EUR for each 5 kg of washing.

Note: 2 nights minimum stay.
