Liked: good connection to busses, airport busses and subway lines. close to palaces and namsan area, city hall, seoul station, etc.

Disliked: room was dirty, the provided towel smelly and mouldy. the toilet was super smelly and water could not drain properly. instead, the shower/toilet was being flooded, when guests from other rooms took a shower. mold growth all over the wet room... there was no bed linen and the blanket was ultra thin. 'breakfast' consisted of plain toast and some jam. non of the other food mentioned in the self- description.a shabby place. not worth the money.staff hardly knew any english...

Liked: The facilities and location is good.

Disliked: I would say there is nothing that i dislike but i have to mention here how i get my greet treatment. I arrived late for check in but i have already email to the guesthouse earlier explaining my situation. The direction provided in the email on how to get to the guest house really not that helpful. Perhaps you can include a map for a better reference. Luckily there a nice citizen that help my friend and i. Once i get there, the guy (i rather not mentiom his name) said that the room that i booked already been given to other customer. How could that happend? I already make a booking and confirmed my reservation. Thus he said he will give separate room. I did complaint about it and he said he can refund if im not satisfied with the service. Well, that happened at 1.30am in the morning. How can he said like that to a customer? As i really need a place to stay, so i calm down and just continue the conversation. I never mean to said the guy is bad but the way he welcome a customer is quite dissapointing. Overall, he is a nice person to talk to. (Well, that remarks only applicable on the next day)

Liked: Small facility, but with a great Location and Atmosphere!

Disliked: A bit too small for bigger people, or it could also be only my cheap room :D
