Ivan and Igor were the friendliest, most knowledgable hosts ever and welcomed me and made me feel at home. Dante the dog was super cute. The AC in room was a lifesaver. Everything was clean and homely. Ivan even bought everyone ice cream and gave us a presentation on eurovision

Habitat is a great hostel run by great people. If you are looking for a clean, affordable and welcoming hostel in Belgrade then Habitat is the place for you. The city centre is about five minutes by foot. I was in Belgrade during the summer months and was grateful that the rooms had an AC! Other hostels often do not have this. Best of all there is a comfortable living room that makes meeting others easy and is perfect for relaxing and drinking a Rakija with Igor after a long day of sight seeing!

This is the best hostel I have stayed at during my trip through Eastern Europe. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the cleaning was amazing. Anytime I would go to use the bathroom, the sink and toilet had just been cleaned and the same for the kitchen. As I arrived earlier than the check-in time, the staff even offered my a bed in a private room, to get some sleep after a night in train, until my own bed was ready - FREE of charge!

Right in the center of Skadarlija, the Bohemian Quarter of Belgrade. Very nice neighborhood with cafés, bars, and restaurants all just steps away from the hostel. Comfortable rooms and facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Gladly would have stayed longer if time had permitted.

This is a really top level hostel, very new, very clean, and great common area and facilities. The staff are all lovely. There is even free laundry if you stay 3 days. It is odd that it remains unrated, if you check other booking websites you'll see it is one of the highest rated hostels in Belgrade. I would definitely stay here again.
