Villa Laguna Policies and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 14 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00.
Check out before 12:00.
24-hours reception.

Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards. The property may pre-authorise your card before your arrival.

Taxes included.

Children under 5 years old are charge free.
An additional place for a guest from 6 years old and older is 500 RUB per person (no breakfast included).
For the season starting 08th of June until 12th of September 2020 an additional place for a guest from 6 years old and older is 750 RUB (including breakfast).

Breakfast not included - 250 RUB per person per day.
For the season starting 08th of June until 12th of September 2020 accommodation prices include breakfasts.

Opened its doors in 2014, Guest House Villa Laguna is located in the Blue Bay - the most ecologically clean area of Gelendzhik, Krasnodarskiy Kray. Guest House Villa Laguna is a quiet and comfortable place, away from the bustle of the city. The sea with a pebble beach is just a 10-minute walk. This is an ideal place for families with children, for people who tired of the noise of the big city. Here is the cleanest sea and unusual sea air combined with the smell of a pine forest.

Villa offers 34 comfortable rooms, an outdoor swimming pool with hydromassage and a cascade, an outdoor terrace, a children's room, a wood-burning sauna, a cafe with European cuisine and much more!

Location Information

It is a 15-minute drive from the guest house to the center of Gelendzhik.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
