Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 22:00, after 18:00 the entry is made using an access code.
Check out before 12:00.
Reception hours: 10:00 - 18:00.

Payment upon arrival by cash.

Travel by train to / from Brasov - the train station is located 2 miles from downtown.

Minibus # 51 The minibus connects the train station with the old downtown area.

Bus # 4 The bus connects the train station with the downtown (and the bus stop for buses departing to Poiana Brasov).

Brasov public transportation fares: bus / trolleybus ticket cost: 4 Lei (approx $1) for two trips.

A 1-day pass: 10 Lei (approx $ 2.50) valid on all bus lines except bus # 20!
One ticket for bus # 20 (Brasov to Poiana Brasov) costs 5 Lei / trip (approx $1.25). Tickets can be bought from the RATBV kiosks.
