Note for the guests:
Please note that THERE IS NO RECEPTION IN our hostel. Staff is in the
hostel everyday from 8 a.m. till ± midday, LATER WE COME FOR CHECK-INS
and when we are needed, that is why we need you to let us know the
approximate time of your arrival, so we can come to the hostel to check
you in. After you book just write e-mail to us or we will contact you
before your arrival to ask about details. When filling in the
Hostelbookers reservation form, please select possible arrival time and
provide us your mobile phone number as well, just in case.
In case of any delays / changes / unexpected circumstances, please also
let us know (e-mail, text message, phone call).

About Fest Hostel
Welcome to Fest Hostel!
Please, READ IT BEFORE YOU BOOK!
Note that there is no reception in our hostel!
Check in is possible from 12 (noon) till maximum 10 pm.
So if you already know that you will reach Warsaw / hostel after 10 pm please book another place with 24h reception.
However, if you really want to stay with us please contact us before you book to arrange a late check in. We are flexible :)
Staff are in the hostel every day from 8,15 a.m. till +/- midday, later we come for check-ins and when we are needed, that is why you will have to let us know the approximate time of your arrival, so we can come and wait for you in the hostel. After you book just write email to us or we will contact you to ask about your arrival details. When filling in the Hostelworld reservation form, please select possible arrival time and provide us your mobile phone number as well.
IN CASE OF ANY DELAYS / CHANGES / UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES, PLEASE LET US KNOW IMMEDIATELY.

We accept cards but we prefer cash payments.

Accommodation Information
To our guests we offer 22 beds in 4 rooms:
- 2 x twin room,
- 1 x 6 people dorm,
- 1 x 12 people dorm.
Bathroom and toilets are shared for all rooms.
Prices include:
- breakfast,
- bed linen,
- towel upon request.
Moreover, the following is available for Fest Hostel guests:
- fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine),
- tea and coffee anytime,

Hostel is located on the 3rd floor of the building (using stairs), but if you use a lift you need to press 4th floor.
Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
