About Bambuda Lodge

Our property is covered by green rainforest and 30 different kinds of fruit trees. In the back of the house you will find miles of available hiking in our jungle. Talk to someone in our staff, and they will point you in the right direction. Around the house you will find mango, lemon, pineapple, bananas, bread fruit and several other tropical fruits growing. Just outside our dock we have a coral reef with different kind of tropical fishes and other marine life. We offer free snorkeling gear to our guests and have canoes and kayaks for rent. In our galleries there are several photos of the plants and wildlife around Bambuda.

Accommodation Information

We offer dorm beds from $16 in very spacious dorms and we have private rooms from $30 per person. The private rooms are in a wide range from standard rooms to more exclusive. All rooms are equipped with fans and wifi. On the first floor of our main building you will find our restaurant and bar. The restaurant has a nice seating area overlooking the pool and the ocean, surrounded by the lush rainforest and our fruit trees.

Location Information

Bambuda is located on the south side of Isla Solarte, just 5 minutes from Bocas Town. We are situated right next to the restaurant Blue Coconut.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
