Cocomama offers the best of both worlds in a super central location in Amsterdam. The luxury and comfort of a hotel and the atmosphere (and budget) of a hostel.

The rooms are all Holland themed and range from private doubles to 6-bed dorms (and everything in between). You might share a bathroom in some of the dorms, but those luxurious mattresses and feather duvets are everywhere.

Even more importantly, at MAMA, you're not on your own. Travel stories are shared, as is the dinner table. It’s a place where you’ll make friends and hang out with other international trotters alike in the private garden, living room, cinema, or cook dinner in the fully-equipped kitchen (perfect to keep costs down). And if that doesn’t keep you busy enough, the staff organises tons of activities, and Joop (the adorable house cat, a.k.a. man of the house), is there to get cuddled 24/7 too.

Accommodation Information

Cocomama means unique and individually-styled dorms and private rooms in a quirky environment. With our personalized service, luxurious COCO-MAT mattresses and bathroom amenities, we're nothing like any other hostel.

For those in search for some privacy, we have our double private rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Our family rooms accommodates three, and in our spacious 2-bed dorms, you can either go private or share – the choice is yours. For those on a budget, or just looking to share with some other COCO-tibers, our 4-bed and 6-bed dorms are the answer.

Check out the options – but whatever room or dorm you choose, our staff will always go above and beyond to make your stay and experience one to remember.

Location Information

Amsterdam is known for its vivid and liberal parts of town, Cocomama however is situated in a trendy and upscale part of the city centre. All of the tourist attractions are within walking distance, or a short tram ride away. Close to Museum Square, the famous Albert Cuijp market and Leidse square, we cannot imagine a place more suitable to start your journey.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
