Important Information

Kukul'ik Studios & Workspace Policies & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 7 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check out before 11:00 .

Important to consider:
- 6 friendly dogs live in the property (3 small and 3 medium size)
- The room is not heated
- The room has a concrete floor which is cold.
- The room does not have a television
- The cleaning of the property is done at our discretion, without a specific time or day and is not compulsory.
- The property does not have parking, you can leave your vehicle parked on the street or upon arrival we can tell you where the nearest car park is located (at an additional cost).

General Rules and Regulations:
- Keep the property clean and tidy.
- Eating inside the rooms is not allowed, help us to avoid the spread of pests.
- Kitchen equipment (utensils, pans, pots, plates, glasses, cups, cooker, refrigerator, etc.) must be delivered complete, working and in good condition. If there is a missing or damaged item, Kukul'ik staff will determine the charge for replacement or repair.
- Sheets, pillowcases, chair covers, hand, foot and body towels must be returned in good condition at the guest's departure. If these have blood, make-up, dye or dirt stains, they will be assessed by Kukul'ik staff and it will be determined if there is an additional charge for cleaning or replacement of the item.
- Utilities (water, electricity, gas) should be used sparingly and rationally. Please help us to keep rates low and affordable, as well as to take care of the environment.
- Towels will be changed for stays of more than 5 nights. If towel changes are required for shorter stays, there will be an additional charge.
- It is the guests' responsibility to leave the kitchen utensils clean and to wash the dirty dishes before their departure.
- Separate organic and inorganic waste, plastics, cans, glass and cardboard.

Strictly forbidden:
- Remove towels from the room, without exception.
- Making noise or having the TV/music on at high volume before 9 am or after 9 pm (respect the privacy of our neighbours).
- Organising or being involved in parties and/or gatherings within the property.
- Inviting non-residents to use the property's amenities or to stay overnight.
- Smoking or using drugs on the property (marijuana is considered a drug in Mexico).
- Engage in arguments, fights and/or harassment towards other guests/neighbours.
- Damaging the furniture, walls and/or any other attribute of the room/property.

Failure to comply with one or more of the Strictly Prohibited Rules will result in immediate departure from the property, cancellation of the reservation and no refund of payment.
