We are 2 best friends who love to travel around the world. Guests can enjoy our lounge areas, our patio surrounded by nature and cool hammocks and Acapulco chairs to relax. At our front desk you can find everything to plan your tours and activities. Scuba diving, Snorkel, car rental, tickets to night clubs, shuttle service to the airport, etc.

Accommodation Information

We know what travellers need to feel right at home. Our Hostel offers 15 comfy beds, If you need a private suite or want to meet people and stay in one of our 4 people dorms we are the best option for you!

Location Information

The Mermaid Hostel has a privilege location in town, we are 1 block away from las Palapas park, 10 minute walk to ADO bus station, located in the heart of Cancun, one block away from Tulum Av. where you can take the bus to hotel zone, this area also offers restaurants, bars, night clubs, markets, supermarkets, etc. We are a very close to our other location Puerto Juarez.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
