Liked: It was quite close to places and the staff were absolutely great at helping plan where to go. I liked the sinks as they had space.
Disliked: The room was quite small with a bunk bed and a tiny walking space.

Liked: The beds are so comfy, two pillows and a lockable cupboard behind your head. Lots of toilets and showers so always available. Breakfast was good. Free tea and coffee. Good wifi. GREAT location.
Disliked: The keycard system for having the power on in your room. Always need a key in there which is difficult in a dorm room as have to keep swapping them round.

Liked: Clean and good locker system by beds. Met some great people there, close to some amazing Indian food and easy walk through Georgetown. Alfie (not sure if that's the right spelling) was incredibly helpful! Really easy to get to from the Rapid Penang bus.
Disliked: Not all staff were the most helpful, but there's not all that much to need to know so it wasn't terrible.

Liked: Good location, helpful staff. Clean bathrooms, clean and very comfy beds. Nice air con and fan.
Disliked: The only 1 issue who mosquitos. Instead of windows, our room had doors, so the mosquitos flew im easily, so badly biten on night 1. But wore clothes the following nights and put air con up, and was no longer a problem

Liked: Near many places of interest
Disliked: There was no sound insulation. Got woken up when people came back at ungodly hours and got woken up when other people left at early hours. Not recommended if you're a light sleeper.
