Important Information
1).1 day advance notice for free cancellation.
2).We accept cash payment only upon arrival.
3).Check IN - 2pm. If you wish to check in early, please kindly inform us in advance.Subject to rooms/beds availability
4).Check OUT - 12pm. Vice versa. If you wish to extend your stay, please kindly make the payment before 11am.
5).Reception - 24 Hours. However, please kindly inform us your ETA for us to prepare for your late arrival
6).Group Bookings - Double K Hostel cannot guarantee that your group will stay in the same dorm. We will always try our best to keep groups together. However, this is not always possible.
7). Deposits - We charge a deposit of MYR15 per person for Double K Social and MYR30 per room for Double K Private. This fee will be refunded upon your check-out.
8).Stricly no KIDS/INFANT are allowed at Double K Hostel
9).Restrictions:

-NO smoking allowed. Please smoke at designated area.
-We have a no-shoes policy.

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
