Liked: the price is reasonable and the facility is well located in town.

Disliked: The people there were nice at first, however they're attitudes changed once they knew my nationality.. But I encountered a few people from another country who were no quiet about how much they hated people from my country. The staff there just laughed with them and did not make any attempt to relay to them that it was not acceptable. They simply just let them continue to insult us as we sat in the room, while joining them in laughter. It made the stay extremely uncomfortable and I would not recommend this facility due to this fact. If they cannot communicate with individuals that it is a comfortable environment that allows them to feel safe, than I wouldn't want anyone to go there. How can you feel safe and comfortable if the staff openly degrade you based on nationality.

Liked: It was close to the station and a supermarket, and was very clean.

Disliked: The smoking area makes it quite disgusting for non-smokers. There is no separation between the male dorms and the smoking area and many Japanese smoke a lot. So I wouldn't stay there again because of this.

Liked: It was cheap and very close to the centre.

Disliked: The staff couldn't care less about their job.
