We are a family-run guest house since 2004. We are completely non-smoking. Our rooms are simple and practical. Each of our apartments has a fully equipped kitchen. Some rooms have Wi-Fi connection available.

Schulz Apartment is a spacious apartment located in a lively area of Berlin Prenzlauer Berg.

We have got five nice apartments with 1x single-, 4 x double-, 2 x 2-bed and 2 x triple bedrooms available. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom for guests in each of the apartments. One of the double rooms has a balcony.

Prenzlauer Berg in Berlin is renowned for its trendy cafes, bars and shops and is a renowned historical quarter of Berlin.

There is a metro stop just a few minutes walk away giving easy access to Berlins main sights.

It is just 5 minutes to the Max-Schmeeling Halle and 10 minutes to the Kulturbrauerei and Kollwitzplatz.

Location Information

We are located only 5 minutes from Mauerpark, 10 walking minutes from Kulturbrauerei, Helmholtzplatz and Kollwitzplatz and 3 minutes from Max-Schmeling-Halle. East city center is only 7 minutes away (tube U2).

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
