Cancellation policy:
Standard booking:
you can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival date. In case of a late cancellation / no show property will charge an amount equal to the first night.
Non refundable booking:
Property will charge the outstanding amount at any time after the booking has been made. In case a charge is not possible, property will contact you by email asking for new card details. If you do not provide the details within 24 hours, property is entitled to cancel your reservation. Refunds are not possible.

Extra charges: Please note that the CityTax in Berlin variies and has to be paid on the spot on Arrival
Key cards: 5 € deposit upon arrival in cash for each key card.
