The maximum stay is 7 nights. We will cancel bookings with more than 7 nights. In that case all payments, such as the deposit, is non-refundable.

The property reserves the right to verify the validity of your credit card by charging the sum of your first night's stay to your card.

If making a booking for 8 people or more, please be aware that the property does not wish to accommodate large groups during their peak season.
Please note that guests are expected to be quiet from 23:00-08:00 daily. The property reserves the right to refuse accommodation and terminate directly with the agent, should a larger group be booked via the agent. There is also a 50 percent prepayment due for group bookings in order to confirm the booking.

About Eastern & Western Comfort Hostelboats

“Eastern Comfort” has a total of 25 cabins in 1st ( large cabins for 2 persons ) and 2nd class categories ( for 1,2,3 or 4 persons), all of which have en-suite bathroom & shower. Except our 5bed dorm with shared shower and toilettes. “Western Comfort” – located directly beside Eastern – has 18 private 2 & 3-bed cabins, and shared bathroom/shower facilities.
All cabins have two large windows, however Eastern Comfort 2nd class have two portholes in each cabin. Half of our cabins have a river view while the others face the colourful Berlin Wall; waterside cabins are on a first booked basis, and we also do our best to provide a river view for longer stays. Feel free to follow-up with us, but we cannot guarantee the river side.

Services and facilities like breakfast, reception and our lounge are on Eastern Comfort and are of course available to all of our guests.

• A unique location between the trendy Freidrichshain & Kreuzberg districts; Clubs, Bars and Restaurants only minutes away

• Free boat tours with the Capt’n are offered on most weekends – weather-permitting; ask the crew at check-in

•The Floating Lounge on the upper deck of Eastern Comfort; a great spot to meet people, have a drink, or snack

•Breakfast buffet with free beverages from 8.30 – 11.00 (Sundays til noon) for only €8

•Bike rental for €12/day

• Coke machine

• Free maps, Berlin infos, and a selection of Berlin magazine/publications

• Free wifi/hot-spot on both boats

• Laundry service (€5/load)

• Sheets&Towels for Dormrooms and Western (€5 one-time cost/person) if you forget your sleeping bag

•Smoking areas on all decks (indoors 100% smoke-free)

• Door code allows for 24hr entry for guests

Accommodation Information

Cabins “Eastern Comfort”:
1st class: large double-bed cabins with a modern bathroom and large Windows.
2nd class with portholes: double cabins also have their own bathrooms and 'french'-beds (125wide), the three-bed rooms have one bunk bed and a single bed, and four.-bed have two bunk beds.
Bed linen & towels incl.

Cabins "Western Comfort" : double bed cabins and triple bed cabins (one bunk bed and a single bed). All with shared shower and toilette. The shared community bathrooms are centrally located on the upper deck and the spacious roof terrace sets the perfect setting for relaxing and absorbing Berlin.
Western Comfort" bring your own bed linen or rent it at the reception for 5euros / pers once.
For security reasons, children under 6 years of age & non- swimmers are not allowed on board. Also pets because we have a cat.

Location Information

Berlin is under construction! The Spree river on the Western side is being renovated.
Effective immediately, our Western boat is in exile on the eastern side of the Spree river
for a number of months. Our guests will be happy because they will have only to walk 1min to their cabins after checking in!
East & West side by side; looking forward to seeing you on board(s)'
We have two DIFFERENT boats; they’re both awesone; please make sure you book the one you want!!

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
