We have a 7 day cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking within these days we have to charge you the price of the first night. However, minimum fee is 20 EUR.

All guests will receive a confirmation email. If we cannot reach you by email or phone and do not get any reply we do not guarantee the booked room.

Check-in on the day of Arrivals is from 15:00.
Late arrivals after 23:00 need to pay €10 extra on arrival for the late check-in.
Check-out on the day of departure is no later than 12:00.

Location Information

We have very good connections by S-Bahn, U-Bahn, bus and tram to all major spots!

Conveniently located close to the center of Berlin it is a perfect blend of excellent value for money accommodation and young interior design. Bus, tram, U- and S-Bahn (city rail) connections are around the corner. As Berlin used to be a divided city it still has two centers (east an west). There is no place to stay where you can reach all main attractions by foot. Therefore it is important that your accommodation has a good connection to the public transport system. From the INN-BERLIN you can reach everything within short travelling time (e.g. direct connection to the Brandenburg gate every 5 minutes with less than 15 minutes traveling time). The best bars, clubs, restaurants are even closer.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
