Group bookings for more than 10 people must be made by request through email. We reserve the right to cancel group bookings which are not made in this way. All groups of 6 or more may be subject to a credit card security deposit, which will be refunded upon departure subject to a room check, behaviour and adherence to house rules.

Guests under 18 must stay in a private room with guardians. Guests under 18 are not permitted to share dorm rooms with people who are not part of their group or family. Under 18s are not allowed in the bar after the end of food service.

Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay, unless otherwise stated.

We’re located right between two of Europe’s busiest train stations Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est - with 3 Paris Metro lines, great bus connections and trains to London and other European destinations as well as direct access to both the Orly and Charles De Gaulle Airports.
Our metro lines give direct access to the city centre and all major attractions. As well we are only a short walk from the Montmartre area which offers some of the best views of the city

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
