- the maximum number of night that can be booked is 8. Any bookings for more than 8 nights will be canceled.
- Please note, you must be 18 or over in order to stay with us, or accompanied by someone 18 or over;
- more than 10 person hostel has the right to cancel the reservation

- Dorm rooms : if you booked 2 of few beds in a mixed dorm, the hostel do the best so to be on the same room but we can’t guarantee this service.

The towels can be hired for extra EUR 2.50 for guest staying in dorms and are free for guests staying in private rooms.

About Arty Paris Porte de Versailles by Hiphophostels

Located in the beautiful Brancion neighborhood, Arty Paris offers convenience to all the Paris attractions while providing travelers a unique local experience. Our immediate neighborhood features a major train station, the Gare Montparnasse, as well as the tour Montparnasse, a skyscraper that offers what we think is the best view of the Paris cityscape (great for rainy days, as it can be viewed from indoors), one of the famous Galleries Lafayette shopping centers, as well as several delicious crepe restaurants, and pubs that offer fantastic happy hours. Arty Paris is walking distance (or a short Metro ride) from the historic and vibrant Montparnasse district, which inspired many famed artists, musicians, and writers during the Jazz Age such as Picasso, James Joyce, and Hemingway.

Dorm room options are for 3,4, 6 and 8 people. All four options include ensuite bathrooms with a shower and hairdryer, you can rent towel for 2.50 euro
Private dorms for 3 and 4 people include bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, you can rent the towel for 2.50 euro
Private rooms are for 1 or two guests and include an ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towels and a flat-screen TV.
Good to know!! Our bathrooms are not the biggest one as we are located in a typical Parisian building but at least you don't need to go out of your room to use the bathroom!!!

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
