Liked: Everything! Amaziiiing hostel!!!!!! Peaceful, clean, easy, great staff, comfortable. Suggestion: play chinese music at the common area. I, as a foreigner, would like to listen to local songs instead of north american pop songs. :)

Disliked: Expensive food. It's a hostel, it should have hostel prices for food.

Liked: clean hostel in good location near to west street, helpful stuff, clean rooms and overall good price. Common area is small so you will definitely meet other travelers. Wanted to start for two nights, at the end ended for 4

Disliked: The worse from Wada hostels (better one is in Guilin). Directions from bus station are not really clear and they have wrong position on Google maps (about 2 km wrong so don't go according Them) maybe it was just a bad day but one of the Wada girls was really not friendly (or just didn't like me, other girls are awesome. Beer in hostel was overpriced compared to restaurants nearby.

Liked: The hostel is very new I think, everything is very modern and shiny still! The girls on reception spoke English excellently and were really friendly and helpful. The location is right in the middle of town, just next to the amazingly busy West street, its all very clean, they rub several tours and the facilities are good, tho could not get on FB.

Disliked: The only minor thing was that the communal areas acked atmosphere a bit and the only times I wentdown to the bar, there were no other guests there. There were still a few other solo travellers there andd it was still OK for meeting people.

Liked: Super good location - under two blocks from one end of the main drag (West Street), so it's a quick walk, but far enough away that you can escape the craziness and noise that is West Street in the evening. Also super friendly and helpful staff, and a very nice, clean, trendy place in interior (newly remodeled, for one thing). Comfortable beds too, at least in the private rooms. Wifi in the rooms (which the Guilin Wada does not have).

Disliked: The private rooms are up 4 flights of stairs (which is not actually a huge deal for us at all, I just can't think of anything else that isn't perfect).

Liked: This place is brand new and everything is so nice and fresh. The hostel is not in the middle of the touristy West Street so noise is no problem, but you can easily walk there in 3min if you want to be part of the noise. Staff is super friendly and helpful (they even let me borrow their room for a shower check out day since no common shower was completed). Lent out map and gave great advice on nice bike routes!

Disliked: It's so new that they don't even have a sign so I struggled to find it, but the sign is on it's way. it's up the little alley next to the bank and next to the travel agency with all the bikes. Maybe a little quiet, but that was because of the lack of guests as a new place, but I have no doubt that thats not gonna be a problem for long.

Liked: Yangshuo wada is the best hostel in Yangshuo and the best hostel I stayed at in all of China! The rooms are really nice with comfortable beds (long enough for tall people!), clean and good bathrooms and really awesome showers. The staff speak the best English out of any Chinese I've met in a month here. They offer great information about things to do around Yangshuo, and unlike other Hostels they won't try to push their own tours or packages onto you because they get commission. And if you decide not to take theirs, they will give you honest information about how you can do things yourself, unlike most places that will abstain from informing you so you take their deal. The Wada staff are all about you having a good time in Yangshuo. My stay there was awesome. The food is delicious. The bar wasn't open when I was there but they told me some ideas about what they're doing with it and it sounds like it will be a gem, and the first bar of its kind in Yangshuo. And they have a very good bookshelf if you fancy that. Stay at Wada! You will love it.

Disliked: Nothing! It was awesome.
