The location is unbeatable since it’s very close to the main tourist, gastronomic, cultural, walking and bohemian places of Valparaíso, but at the same time it’s located far from noise therefore it’s ideal to rest and relax.

It has a beautiful and large outdoor pool and a hot tub, immersed in a large patio where you can also find the barbecue area, a sustainable vegetable garden and the recycling and composting area.

Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival.
Check in from 15:00.
Check out before 12:00.
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.

General:

Reception from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (we can receive people after 11:00 p.m. if we’re informed in advance. The charge for late check-in is 10,000 Chilean pesos)
Once the check-in is done, we don’t have an entry or exit time for the guest.
Children are welcome
Smoking is not allowed inside the hostel or in the rooms

Special events:

If your reservation includes New Years night, we require 60% of the deposit and a 2 week cancellation policy applies. The property will be in touch to organize payment.

Accommodation Information

Spacious and comfortable rooms in private (double and quadruple) and shared (mixed 8-bed) format.
The dormitory has an incredible view of the coast, lockers and its own bathroom inside the room, which includes toiletries such as shampoo, soap and conditioner.
Private rooms include towels and have a Smart TV with Netflix. You can find different options such: private room with balcony, private room with external private bathroom or private rooms with shared bathroom. All the bathrooms are equipped with toiletries.

Location Information

The house is located in front of Bismarck square, one of the most important viewpoints of Valparaíso. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood, away from the noise of the center but 8 minutes walking from Cerro Alegre and the most touristic walks, close to the Cultural Park (Ex Carcel), Ecuador and Cumming streets (bars, restaurants, pizza shops, supermarkets) and Casa Museo La Sebastiana (Pablo Neruda museum).

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
