Liked: Staff was very warm, the room was extremely neat with nice view, storage for tall backpacks, and the breakfast buffet was fun although felt like a tornado of people in the morning as everybody was trying to get on the bus to the Torres Del Paine national park.

Disliked: NOthing.

Liked: The bartender/worker who welcomed us (named Stick) was really nice, helpful and informative. He made us GREAT pisco sours too! The bar area was condusive to meeting other travellers.

Disliked: Stayed here in two rooms on two separate occasions during our stay in Chile - the first time we stayed in the 9 person dorms, and there were no plugs available for those in bunk beds (and for those in single beds, the plug was so high up that I wasn't able to actually plug anything in since the cord didn't reach the side table). The second time we stayed at The Singing Lamb, we stayed in a 6 person dorm in the newer section of the hostel (with shared showers) and this stay was WONDERFUL. Upgraded beds, super comfortable linens, beautiful shower and bathroom area - wish I could have stayed there longer!

Disliked: If you take a bed in the dormitory ask for a bed on the below! The beds on the top are a little insecure....

Liked: One of the best hostels we have stayed at during our time in South America. Breakfast was amazing and the staff here could not have done more to help us out. The rooms are big and have been well thought out with the lockers. There are a good amount of beds where it is obvious they could have shoved more in but have not. Would recommend to anyone

Disliked: The water feature was too loud so we couldn't watch Dr Who
