Access to the lodge is controlled by a security card system.

We're a family orientated facility and welcome children. We also offer discounts for children.

Please note that in order to maintain the ski lodge atmosphere, we don't have television.

We have a 72-hour cancellation policy.

The on-duty manager's hours are 8:30-10am and 3:30-8:30pm.
Check-out is before 10am. Check-in between 3:30 and 8:30 pm only. Please call Manager directly 604 932 4545 for late arrival under special circumstances.

Taxes of 5.0% on dorms and 15.0% on private rooms will be added to final bill.

About Whistler Fireside Lodge

At the Fireside Lodge, the members' club offer accommodation to non-members. This means that the lodge is to a higher standard and typically better than hostels.

Guests have options when choosing between our renovated or private dorms as well as our loft rooms fitting four or five people. The loft rooms are most suited to family groups. Toilets and showers are shared also.

Additional services provided include a shared kitchen and facilities as well as a dining area, spacious common area and fireplace. Ski sand board storage is offered in a locked room. We also have a recreation room with football, pool table and table tennis free of charge. There is also a sauna on site.

Taxes of 13.0% on dorms and 15.0% on private rooms will be added to final bill.

Location Information

We are located between the village (3km) and creekside (1.5km) ski uploads. Major bus routes are a five minute walk away. For those with a car we offer a free parking lot. The night scene in the village is only a short bus or taxi ride away.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
