PLEASE NOTE: We are an international youth hostel. We can only accept guests with a valid international passport and do not accept guests over the age of 35 in dorm rooms. Unfortunately we have no facilities for guests under the age of 18 years.


Special Event Booking - Christmas & NYE:
"All reservations between 27th December 2015 and 3th January 2016 will require a 5 night consecutive stay and a $250 deposit deducted directly from your nominated credit card on 1st December 2015. Reservations may be cancelled or amended up to 1st December 2015 without charge. Reservations cancelled or amended between 25 and 7 days prior to your arrival date will incur a loss of $200 from your deposit. Any changes within 7 days of your arrival will incur a loss of 100% of your deposit. Any changes that reduce your booking below the minimum 5 night stay will result in automatic cancellation of your booking.

Accommodation Information

Please note that our office hours are 7am - 8pm. If arriving after hours, please call the night manager to be checked in.

Location Information

HQ is only minutes from the train station and bus stop and an easy walk to the CBD, China Town, the Botanical Gardens, the Opera House, the Rocks, the Harbour Bridge, Darling Harbour, Circular Quay and the ferries as well as the harbour foreshore & the beach.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. After this date, charges will be applied by the property up to the first nights cost of the reservation, unless otherwise stated in the property’s conditions. Deposits paid are non refundable.
