Liked: I loved the location (Newtown is amazing) and it was very secure. There was a big kitchen, the staff was super helpful, and the people staying there are what made it feel like home.

Disliked: None.

Liked: It is a proper hostel, it was all the structure someone n d in ththe Nistra, the bed and room are ok, the bathroom is good. The staff is friendly and helpful

Disliked: He wife is paid and didn't work all the time, bad for a city that offer wifi for free everywhere. There are lots of people living there, som young that beside working all day want to party. Careful what room you are going to take.

Liked: Had a really great stay here, would recommand this hostel. As a single traveller I met heaps of lovely people there and it felt instantly like home. Good sized room, very comfy bedding and clean kitchen. Staff very helpful, they even let me in early the morning and gave me towels so I could take a shower after a long journey. Thanks!

Liked: Close proximity to King Street, Newtown. Easy to access property after normal reception hours, with security. Clean and neat room.

Disliked: To have to walk through the kitchen to access the room instead of using the door closer to the stairs.

Liked: If you're looking to get out of the hussle of the CBD and the college-age nightlife of Kings Cross, go here. The prices are low, the place is clean (it's the only hostel I've been in where you can feel comfortable walking around common areas barefoot), and you've got good cheap food and drinks around. It's not a party hostel - an 11pm quiet time on the property is pretty enforced (though you can return later) - but if you're working or looking for a more relaxed environment, this is the place to go.

Disliked: My dorm room had a perfectly good fan, but no windows. The only think you could open was a door onto the inner courtyard, which means that my room was unlocked whenever we wanted ventilation. The building is plenty secure with card access to the premises and a good neighborhood, but I'd still rather have the room locked as well.
