Customer Travel Tip: The train's take longer than the bus. Traveling from Izmir to Selcuk by train is easier and more convenient as the train station is in the central part of Izmir. If traveling from Selcuk to another location, such as Pamukkale, take the bus. The ANZ staff is more than helpful with the schedules and it is only a 5 minute walk!

Liked: The friendliness of the people. It is not too busy, because most people pass through. On our walk from the train station to the hostel they were handing out free snacks resembling fried dough in the states. It was very tasty!

Disliked: Getting to Ephesus can be a challenge. Take a free ride if offered and then take the mini-bus back into town- it's 2 TRY.

Customer Travel Tip: Only go here if you are seeing Efes and/Or Pamukkale. There isn't anything to do here apart from those 2 things.

Liked: The only reason you should go to Selcuk is for Efes and Pamukkale. I had a few good and well priced restaurants in the centre.

Disliked: Pamucak beach was a letdown.
