Customer Travel Tip: Read above. Eat lots of Thai food, fresh fruit and drink a lot of water and beer. Have fun its an amazing city!

Liked: I love Thai and Asian food in general, so the best part about Bangkok for me was all the street food and restaurants. You can really get into anything you want: drink all day and night or not at all either way you Will have a good time. Khaoson rd is a good place to hang out and people watch while you grab a bite to eat or get a massage from one of the many streetside purveyors. The people are beautiful, locals and tourists alike, lots of attractive folks in Bangkok. You can find any type of souvenir or gift you want on any street or venture to siam square or know mall and get lost in the madness all the while stumbling upon vendors selling the strangest bootlegged items. Just walk around and get lost for a while, there is entertainment everywhere. I never once felt unsafe and unlike some other countries I've been to, I didn't get stared at and hassled everywhere I went. The people of Bangkok are very friendly, give everyone a chance even if they ARE trying to sell you something. I felt nothing but respect and genuine interest from most people I met.

Disliked: Public transportation. The skytrain is great ONCE you get to it. It's very easy to navigate, but that's because there are only two lines. I stayed about twenty minutes from khaoson road and to get to the metro or skytrain you either have to take a boat, taxi, tuk tuk, or bus. City buses in unfamiliar cities are hard to navigate so most likely you're going to be stuck taking tuk tuks and taxis, don't be afraid to haggle with the tuks and make sure the cabs use their meters or else you're left for the wolves.

Customer Travel Tip: I was really there to get my two visas and to shop for work, so I feel I am able to say, this city was great for that, I did little else.

Liked: People, religion, clean, efficient.

Disliked: The heat, stupidly I was there in April and the weather was quite unbearable, but its known to be a tough time, I dare say my ratting of everything would have been higher had it not been so hot.
