Customer Travel Tip: Use the supermarket and the kitchen in your hostel to save money. Restaurants are expensive and food is your only real cost aside from sleeping arrangements.
Liked: I like how easy it is to navigate the city on the tram lines. There are plenty of great places to relax by the Rhine on either side of the river. People are friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Everything is very expensive, but hey..it's Switzerland. Other than the high cost of living here, it's a beautiful and wonderful place.

Customer Travel Tip: Visit tinguely museum and take a trip to vitra design museum if you fancy some architecture.
Liked: Playground for starchitecture! Public transport comes with booking a hostel.
Disliked: It was cold and wet when I visited so just gotta prepare for the unforeseen. But not gonna blame Basel for the bad weather.

Customer Travel Tip: Don't forget to ask for your mobility ticket at the reception. It gives you the opportunity to use the public transport in Basel for free.
Liked: Great public transport, rich cultural life, good for shopping although the prices are pretty high due to the expensive Swiss franc.
Disliked: Not many places where you can eat late in the evening. Pretty expensive like everything in Switzerland.

Liked: Tinguely Museum for Modern Art; walking along the Rhine and enjoying a beautiful swim to cool down each day; great zoo; chill vibe; nice people.

Customer Travel Tip: Don't go Easter weekend. Everything shuts down.
Liked: I was only there for one night. Good view of river from Munster on hill. Tram system is easy to understand.
Disliked: The weather was bad, but that's nature.
