Customer Travel Tip: Restaurant service in Romania seems to be naturally very slow. Plan to spend a couple of hours at sit down restaurants!

Liked: The city has culture, activities, and pretty architecture. We had a great visit - but we were only there for half a day. I would recommend a full day.

Customer Travel Tip: Everything, there is a lot to do if you include the surrounding attractions like Bran castle and the fortress of Rasnov or the outdoor attractions in Poiana Brasov.

Liked: Amazing city with loads of interesting historic background. Absolutely awsome and cheap alternative to western Europes tourist places. Lovely historic city centre. Great place to get to know some romanian culture. Great night-train connection between Vienna and Bucarest that runs once each day in both directions.

Disliked: We liked everything.

Customer Travel Tip: Get your bus tickets where you can or face a long walk to the nearest machine-oh and VALIDATE them!!!

Liked: Brasov is a fascinating city in the middle of Transylvania. For such a small city (around 230,000 people) there is a limitless selection of things to do from Dracula's Castle to Bear Sanctuaries and mountains to climb. It's a lot more chilled out than Bucharest.

Disliked: Rip off taxi drivers but that's Romania.
