Customer Travel Tip: Plan enough time to catch a rapido boat to Brazil AND stay in Iquitos for a few days. I'm sure there is lots to see!

Liked: We are here for less than 24 hours so I can't say much. Everyone we've met has been really nice. Lots of motocabs which are fun to watch.

Disliked: Town is a bit dirty

Customer Travel Tip: Leave for the rainforest as fast as possible!

Liked: The rainforest surrounding Iquitos is great, as are most of the lodges you'll find there.

Disliked: Iquitos itself is quite an ugly city, full of run-down houses, horribly overprized hotels and mediocre restaurants.

Customer Travel Tip: Stay at Flying Dog!

Liked: The best thing is the ease with which you can organise excursions in to the Jungle. Also its great to get around by mototaxi, very cheap and easy. Good nightlife, lots of bars.

Disliked: Not that safe at night. Most areas are okay but heard a few anecdotes about robberies. That was in the minority though. Generally people have a good experience.
