Customer Travel Tip: We went for two nights getting there late on the first and we just managed to have a really chilled day and then some dune buggying. This was plenty of time because it is only small but it gave us time to relax too.

Liked: It was really relaxing and the desert dune buggying was great! Make sure you wear trousers, shoes and long sleeve tops if you are going to go sand boarding though!

Customer Travel Tip: Go sand boarding! Also, the restaurant Desert Nights is great value for money, has delicious food and friendly staff.

Liked: The surrounding sand dunes were amazing. Sand boarding is one of the funnest things we've done on our trip!

Customer Travel Tip: Go for dinner to the restaurant just behind the Banana hostel, English owners: serves the best vegetarian curry of the whole country (and some other dishes), far better than the other far too touristic restaurants in Huacachina.

Disliked: All those terrible touristic restaurants around the lake ...
