Liked: Panama City is very safe and clean, the endless restaurants and cool rooftopbars are fantastic. Getting around by foot is easy.
Disliked: Sundays are very quite in the city, don't expect much nightlife on that day.

Customer Travel Tip: u should see the old town :)
Liked: spot for coming and going on to antoher place, funny crazy bus rides (public transport/ schoolbus), safe and nice hostels anyways & shopping opportunities like in europe (equal prices in "Multicentro"), also small supermarkets to get food a little cheaper than in streetfood-restaurants...
Disliked: very big town, not really nice to walk around outside because of huge roads and many cars... more mosquitos than on san blas etc.
