Disliked: One receptionist after a seventh time of their system not up to date and not working, became very unhelpful. I was only asking to get what I paid for which was to get in my room but even the least expectation was

Customer Travel Tip: Dont overstay. Head for Rotorua/Taupo or even Wellington instead.
Liked: Not much.
Disliked: Auckland is rather boring as a city and unnecessarily expensive. Driving in Auckland can be confusing with all the one way streets intersecting and merging. Saw some traffic signals Ive never seen anywhere else, like lanes painted at 30 degree angles. 5 lanes merge to 2, and some 4 lane one way streets. The whole place felt desolate and sterile. Some of the suburbs are nicer.

Customer Travel Tip: Walk everywhere. It's too nice a city to sit on a bus. Remember to look right and then left before crossing the street. I don't know if i'll ever get used to that.
Liked: The people are so genuinely friendly. The city is full of little pockets of nature, it's beautiful. There is so much to see, even on a budget.
