Trip Type:
Backpacking / gap year

Customer Travel Tip: Explore the city by foot, visit on a weekend (amazing nightlife, not just in the bars) and be prepared for changes in the temperature.

Liked: The city isn't particularly driven by foreign tourism, so it feels very authentic, but it's also very modern and chic – one of the cleanest, most beautiful cities I have been to in Mexico.

Disliked: I loved everything about Queretaro.

Trip Type:
Backpacking / gap year Beach / sunbathing Events / festivals Sightseeing & culture

Customer Travel Tip: Pack walking shoes. There are a lot of sites in the Centro and it is quite large. Four days is probably a good amount of time to spend there.

Liked: Peña de Bernal was fun to visit if you like geography and walking, the town near it is cute too. Heaps of beautiful churches and plazas to visit. Walk to the aqueduct, it's quite impressive.

Disliked: Seemed lacking in budget accommodation for backpackers.

Trip Type:

Customer Travel Tip: The city center is very romantic and has plenty of nice-looking restaurants. Take your girlfriend here. If you're on your own, you can take your chances, but I just don't think the city gets enough foreign visitors to make it likely you'll find someone to hang with.

Liked: Very pretty city

Disliked: Not good for solo travelers
