Liked: Good transport links around city and to rest of japan. Lots of choice for food. Tokyo Skytree in Asakusa, Shibuya, Harajuku

Disliked: Some restaurants were expensive, Taxfree shops in Akihabara were expensive

Customer Travel Tip: If you have the opportunity,-just go. It is such an interesting country and people are so nice!

Liked: The mix of old culture and hightech.

Disliked: Very difficult that translations on english was hard to find. So for all of us that don't know japaneese, we have a communication problem.

Customer Travel Tip: Make sure of the station gate before going to meet your friend. Try not to leave the station and then re-ente. JR train stations have wifi. Make sure to have a local friend to show you around in Tokyo.

Liked: Easy to get around using JR pr subway trains!! I liked walking from Harajuku to Shibuya I liked eating grilled miso fish, ramen, udon, sashimi and enjoyed drinking at an izakaya!!

Disliked: Snoring chinese man next to my bed. Angel Highball cocktail at a Dreamin maid cafe in Akihabara. Getting lost in Ueno station, failing to meet my friend.

Customer Travel Tip: Try to remember the kanji of your stop, and learn some katakana and hiragana before hand. Plan what you want to do.

Liked: It's exciting and there's so much to do. The metro is very fast and reliable. It's a very cool metropolis.

Disliked: The metro can be confusing, it's annoying that it closes so early.

Customer Travel Tip: Buy a JR pass and do day trip from Tokyo. Very easy and it's a great cultural hub.

Customer Travel Tip: Try and get to one of the Fuji lakes for a day on a bus. Great day out!

Liked: I don't read or speak Japanese but once I cracked the train system I was fine. No smoking in the streets was great.

Customer Travel Tip: Book Robot Restaurant tickets online through a 3rd party - we saved 1500Y each. If you want to go to the Final Fantasy cafe, arrive at 10 am for the time slot allocation lottery. The Metropolitan building gives a free view of the city (unlike the Skytree which costs 1000Y).
