Customer Travel Tip: Depending on the weather or your physical condition, use the trams. The city is very flat and easy to walk. Buy the city map at the train station and give it to another traveler when you leave.

Liked: Very easy to get around the city. The tram is highly rated, but we walked everywhere.

Customer Travel Tip: Don't stay in Piove if you want easy access to Padua. Stay there for Piove di Sacco; an adorable little town itself, instead.

Liked: This hostel is not in Padova, it is in Piove di Sacco. On foot, this is a massive difference.

Disliked: The bus station is a little jenky.

Customer Travel Tip: get a good map. a picnic in the open plaza is a really good idea for summer

Liked: although its not one of the big names in italy, the history is definitely worth a day or two. excellent food. probably the best pizza and best gelato we had in Italy too.
